We left Manteo at noon today and headed North to Elizabeth City. The wind picked up as we traveled down the Pasquotank River and we were able to put up sails. We arrived at 7 and had a great dinner of Ox tail and rice. We met two directors of the Mid Atlantic Bible College who were kind enough to let us play basketball in their gym and use their showers. The boys got some Dairy Queen before bed. Tomorrow we will drive through the dismal swamp en route to Norfolk.
